Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service package chosen.

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.
Contracts
A signed contract is required for all events. Each contract may include additional terms specific to the event type.
3. Venue Use and Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring that all guests, vendors, and participants follow venue rules.

Respecting the property, buildings, and grounds.

Any damages caused by guests or vendors during the event.
Cornelia Springs reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate safety or property guidelines.
4. Catering Services
If utilizing Petals & Plates Catering, clients agree to:

Finalize guest counts by the deadline specified in their catering agreement.

Pay any additional charges related to guest count increases, rentals, or special menu requests.
Outside catering policies, if applicable, will be stated in your event contract.
5. Floral Services
Floral packages and options are based on seasonal availability.
We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value in the event of weather or supply issues.
6. Weather & Outdoor Events
Cornelia Springs is not responsible for weather events that impact outdoor ceremonies or activities.
Clients are encouraged to plan alternative indoor or tented options when appropriate.
7. Photography & Media
By hosting an event at Cornelia Springs, clients grant permission for the venue to use event photos or videos taken by staff, contracted photographers, or vendors for marketing purposes unless a written request is submitted declining consent.
8. Alcohol & Safety Policies

Alcohol service must comply with local and state laws.

Licensed bartenders may be required.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Cornelia Springs reserves the right to stop alcohol service for safety reasons.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cornelia Springs and Petals & Plates Catering are not liable for:

Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

Delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control (weather, emergencies, vendor failures, etc.).
Our liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid to us for the specific event or service.
10. Third-Party Vendors
We may provide recommendations for vendors, but we are not responsible for their performance or actions.
Clients hiring outside vendors must ensure they meet venue requirements (insurance, licenses, etc.).
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any revisions will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
